Hello friends. Please review the following Terms and Conditions so you know how things operate at Pink Print Co.
1. Custom Designs and Approval
We take pride in creating custom stationery and gifts our clients will love. Before production begins, all clients will receive a design proof for approval. Production will not start until approval is received.
Clients understand that delays in providing design approval may result in delayed production and delivery times.
2. Accuracy and Errors
We strive to ensure accuracy and quality in every order. However, because custom products involve client-provided information and preferences, occasional errors may occur. We encourage clients to carefully review all design proofs prior to approval.
3. Final Sale Policy
All purchases of custom-designed products are final once the design proof has been approved. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for approved designs unless the product arrives damaged.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the product that is not consistent with the approved design, clients have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of the issue.
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund due to damage or production error, please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued when:
The product is damaged upon arrival, and
The client contacts us within 3 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges may require additional production time.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward any product in our shop. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide—such as your name, email address, shipping details, or design preferences—is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required to fulfill your order (such as with payment processors or shipping carriers). All payment information is processed securely by trusted third‑party payment platforms; we do not store your payment details.

8. Ownership of Custom Designs
We love creating unique designs just for you! All custom artwork, illustrations, and templates we create remain the intellectual property of our shop, but you are always welcome to enjoy the printed products for your personal use. If you’d ever like to reuse a design in a different way—digitally or in print—just reach out. We’re always happy to help and can provide permission or create a version tailored to your needs.

Production and Shipping Timelines Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the custom design. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
