Shipping

If you live in the Des Moines area you can pick up your order or have it mailed to you. For those that live outside of Des Moines, Iowa, we will ship it to you via USPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping please contact us for further information.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to love everything, and we know mistakes may happen. Please review your proofs closely, as once you approve, we do not accept returns.

If you notice an issue that was not on your proof, contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued when:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival, and

  • The client contacts us within 3 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges may require additional production time.
